  • Son Charles, 400 acres in Albermarle called "Buck Island";
  • To son Robert, land whereon I live know as "The Bird";

  • A codicil of the same date, same witnesses, leaves £5 and a ring to Mr. Isaac Hill; £5 to Catherine Bourne, wife of George Bourne and nurse to Frances Fielding, testator's daughter.
  • Probate London 27 November 1712 to Francis Thompson, with reservation in respect of Gawin Corbin and John Story.
