Wife of Jonas Prescott (1648-1723). Story of romance of Mary & Jonas is told in William Prescott's "Prescott Memorial", p 42-43, & also in Caleb Butler's "History of Town of Groton", p 287-288. They were parents of 12 children, 10 living to maturity & each had lrg family. It is said Mary lived to see 176 of her descendants.
