About Mary Waters

She certainly survived past 1764 (per husband's will leaving everything to her, dated 1764), but may have died any time between then and Aug 21, 1772, when the estate, per provisions of John Waters' will, reverted to son Josephus Waters and was divided among his surviving siblings (Josephus kept "Waters Lotte" for himself, as the will permitted him to do).

NOTE: Josephus was NOT the same person as Josephus BURTON Waters. They were cousins, though.
