Some records show a christening for the younger Mary Platt at Roydon, Essex, England. Parish Records would have to be checked.

She married (1) Luke Atkinson about 1650; they had 5 or 6 children before 1663.

She married (2) widower, Thomas Whitmore about 1666/67, his second wife.

This is probably her daughter; it seems Mary may have died in childbirth with the only child she had with husband, Thomas Whitmore:

This is concluded because some records list Mehitable Whitmore (Wetmore) as a daughter of Thomas Whitmore and Mary Platt plus this Mehitable was born on the day Mary Platt died, both events at Middletown, and both buried at this cemetery.
