About Mathilda Newstrom
In 1884 Mathilda came to the U.S. with her brother John. She married Andrew Newstrom.
Daughter, Ruby, married Fred Wilke
Daughter Melba Mathilda Newstrom married Wayne McDonald who had an administrative position with the YMCA. Their son Wayne Kent died in a swimming pool accident when he was 18.
Daughter Vera married Bob Johnson. Their children are Russell, Phyllis Johnson, and Priscilla. A baby boy died in infancy.
