Mathew Wallace of Dundonald gave up the testament dative and inventory of his deceased wife Margaret Stewart on 4 November 1629. He did so in name and behalf of Annabell Wallace and Marie Wallace their lawful daughters Matthew Wallace of Dundonald and his son James Wallace of Dundonald acted themselves as cautioners for Annabell Wallace and Marie Wallace and confirmation was granted to them on 29 April 1630.
