Research Notes

Mercy and James did not have any children together. This comment was included with Mercy's (profile, not the record) marriage to James Maker. Needs research. Mercy was only 25yo when they married. Also, Peter Newcomb's death needs more research. He was possibly still living at the time of Mercy's 2nd marriage to James Maker.
I need to double check these sources. One of them stated different parents. I'll be back. Hallisey-27 15:15, 23 May 2022 (UTC). This comment I previously made, may be referring to this record: Record needs looking through again. The index below the record states: Mary Smith. Baptism: 17 Jan 1694. Parents: John and Mehetable Smith. The record is attached as a marriage source for Mercy and Peter.[10]
