Warning - there are two Micah Pratts living at the same time in Massachusetts. One is born 1706 and is the son of Jonathan Pratt. He comes from Watertown to Framingham to Oxford. The other Micah Pratt is b. 1691 and marries Mercy Burt. These two individuals are distinct and separate.
This Micah Pratt dies at Oxford, Worcester, MA before 4 Mar 1769 which is when his two sons, Micah, Jr and Abraham, sign over administration of Micah's estate to Ephraim Ballard. Micah's estate is declared insolvent. The Worcester county case file is #47741. Micah's wife apparently dies around the same time as Micah but she is never named in his estate papers.

Comment: Mary's Husb. can't be Dr. MIcah Pratt of Taunton, Mem. ID: 34844846, whose will states he has only one son, Micah, Jr. Unknown where the Micah Pratt is, that fathered all these children with Mary 9Gale) in Oxford, Worcester County, MA.
“Mary Gale Pratt, sister of Ebenezer Gale, married Michael Pratt of Oxford at Watertown in 1731.” The Oxford location is in line with this Mary Gale. But if Michael Pratt = Micha Pratt b 1702 and he married this Mary Gale, daughter of Abraham Gael, Sr., baptized 1689, then the younger children of Micah Pratt were product of a 2nd wife, as this Mary would have been too old.
Perhaps Micah Pratt’s wife was the daughter of Richard Gale. He had a Mercy / Mary born at Watertown on December 4, 1710. However, that woman is usually seen as Mercy Wheat, and the Connecticut location for Mercy is more in line with Richard’s family.
