Mildred I. Arthur, 78, of 1525 3rd St., Bedford, died June 12, 1991. Born Jan 21,1913, she was the daughter of Dodd and Addie (Wilson) Edington. She Married Raymond Gerald Arthur June 23, 1934,and he died in 1982.
Mrs. Arthur was a homemaker, a breeder of Pekingese and Yorkshire Terrier dogs, raised parakeets and her Parrot, Star.
Mrs. Arthur was preceeded in death by her husband, her parents and four Brothers, Sam, Billy, Glenn, and Charlie.
Survivors included a brother, Guy W. a sister, Virginia R. Edington; daughter, Sharon Rose Kirkman and a son, Steven Ray Arthur, both of Bedford, five grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary, and she was laid to rest next to her husband in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
