 In low state of health. To Wife Milly, a negro and woman, plantation and all loose property, during her life and then whichever child the two old negroes are willing to live with that one is to take them and pay each of his children $7 apiece as long as they are capable of labor ant then the children are jointly to maintain them as long as they live.
  Plantation and whatever property there is, to be sold and the money equally divided among all his children. To daughter Sally Gordon, a negro boy and $20, to son Barnett, a negro boy; to daughter Elizabeth Haggard, negro girl when she gives up the negro she has; to dauthter Nancy Wills, negro girl; to son Austin, a negro boy, bed and cow; to son Derett, negro girl horse and cow; to daughter Aggie Wills, bed and negro girl; to son Ely, negro girl, horse, saddle and bridle, cow and furniture, when he becomes twenty-one.

Executors: Friends David Hampton and Dillard Collins, wife Milly Bruce. Witness: Elias Browning, Stephen Lewis Milly Bruce quailed with Barnet Bruce, Austin Bruce, William Gordon and Nathaniel Haggard as sureties.
