Milton Wallerstein Dies

Milton Wallerstein. former Paducah clothing merchant, died in his sleep Friday night at his home, 1596 Linda Crest Drive, Beverly Hills, Calif..

Mr. Wallerstein, son of the late Herman Wallerstein, who was founder of Wallerstein Brothers men's clothing store here, was associated with the firm until retiring in 1941, at which time he moved to California.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pauline Mortz Wallerstein of Beverly Hills; two daughters, Mrs. Edwin (Nancy Louise) Freschl, Jr., also of Beverly Hills and Mrs. Cecil (Emily Anne) Horwitz of Whittier, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Edna Levy of St. Louis, Mo., and five granchildren.

H. L Wallerstein of Paducah is a cousin, and Rabbi William H. Fineshriber Rabbi Will Feinshreiber of Philadelphia, Pa. is a brother-in-law.

Milton grew up in Paducah. He attended the North Western Military Academy in Highland Park, IL. He also attended the University of Notre Dame and played on the Carroll Hall Inter-hall Football Team.

US Armed Forces (Navy) discharged Sept. 30, 1921. Yeoman Second Class. Trained at Camp Dewey Naval Station, Great Lakes, Ill.

Certificate of Demit on 12/21/1948: Hall of Plain City Lodge #449 F. & A.M. Was a Master Mason. Elected 4/4/1916.
