About Molly Franklin Flynn
Mrs. Mollie Arvin Flynn, 93, 501 Laurel Street, Irvine, widow of Rev. R.C. Flynn died Saturday, 12 Dec 1987, at their home after a long illness. She was a native of Estill County, daughter of the late Owen Walker and Malinda Jane (Kelly) Arvin, a member of the South Irvine Christian Church and a retired employee of Carhartt Company.
She is survived by: one daughter, Miss Sue Helen Flynn, Irvine; one son, Robert Charles Flynn, Irvine; three grandsons, Charles Richard Flynn, Danville, William Owen Flynn, Irvine and Robert Earl Flynn, Martinsville, Virginia; one granddaughter in-law Beverly Ellen Flynn, Danville; one great grandaughter, Anastasia Flynn, Danville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, December 15, 1987 at the Lewis Funeral Home with Bro. Ronald Lutes and Bro. Odis Vaughn officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens, West Irvine.
Pall Bearers were: Charles Richard Flynn, William Owen Flynn, Robert Earl Flynn, Billy Arvin, Dale Arvin and Billy Maupin.
