About Montano Ortiz
Montano Ortiz was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented Surigao at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 2, 1925 to June 2, 1931. He was one of the delegates of the Constitutional Convention representing Surigao in 1934.
