SPANISH FORK, May 31.- Morgan D. Warner, Sr., 69, well-known farmer and a life-long resident of Spanish Fork, died at 2 o'clock this morning at his home following a lingering Illness from bladder trouble.

He was the son of Wllliam and Ann David Warner and was born at Spanish Fork, February 26, 1859. He married Mary Hodson, December 15, 1886. She died two years later, leaving an infant son, Morgan D. Warner, Jr. He married Rosetta Holt, who survives him, January 23, 1890.

The following children also survive: Morgan D. Warner, Jr., Myron and Earl Warner, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Annie Huff, Castelgate; Mrs. Mary Christensen and Mrs. Chrysty Sabin, Salem, Utah; also nineteen grandchildren. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Ann Simmons, Mrs. Martha Simmons, Mrs. Mary Jane Lewis, John F. Warner, Alfred Warner, all of Spanish Fork and Thomas Warner, of Salt Lake.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon, June 2, at the First Ward Chapel. The body may be viewed at the home previous to the service.
