Moses Johnson was born on 18 Nov 1711 in Sherborn, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He died in 1764. He married Sabilla Plympton on 18 May 1732 in Holliston, Massachusetts.

  1. Simeon Johnson was born on 22 June 1733 in Holliston. He died about 1823, possibly in Lansingbury, New York. He married first Elizabeth Gardner on 19 Aug 1756 in Holliston. Elizabeth was the daughter of Addington and Mary Gardner. She was born on 9 Mar 1738 in Sherborn. He married second Elizabeth Stone. Elizabeth was the daughter of Silas and Elizabeth (Russell) Stone. She died in 1816, age 86. Simeon moved to Dublin, Cheshire, New Hampshire and was first on the Dublin tax list in 1771. [Ref, p. 182] He bought a large part of the seventh lot in the eighth range in Dublin from Sibylla Johnson in 1777. [Ref, p. 182] He moved to Keene, Ohio in 1819. [Ref, p. 182] Simeon was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. [Ref, p. 66]
  2. Sabilla Johnson was born on 4 Oct 1734 [Ref, p. 35] in Holliston. [Ref] She married Benjamin Marshall on 28 Sep 1756 [Ref, p. 67] in Holliston. [Ref] Benjamin was of Marblehead. [Ref, p. 67] Benjamin, the son of Benjamin and Elizabeth Marshall, was baptised on 10 Nov 1728 in Marblehead. [Ref] Sabilla and Benjamin lived in Holliston and Dublin, Cheshire, New Hampshire. [Ref, p. 66] Sibylla Johnson, spinster [!], purchased the seventh lot in the eighth range in Dublin from Moses Johnson on 29 Jun 1776. [Ref, p. 182] She sold a large part of it to Simeon Johnson a year later. [Ref, p. 182]
  3. Elizabeth Johnson was born on 14 Oct 1736 [Ref, p. 36] in Holliston. [Ref] She married as his second wife Micah Morse on 17 May 1764 in Holliston. [Ref] Micah, the son of Paul and Sarah Morse, was born on 25 Jun 1729 in Holliston. [Ref] He married first Mary Fairbanks on 5 Nov 1752 in Holliston. [Ref]
  4. Moses Johnson was born on 5 Oct 1738 [Ref, p. 36] in Holliston. [Ref] He died on 17 Nov 1803 in Leicester, Vermont. [Ref, p. 67] He is buried in the Brookside Cemetery. [Ref, p. 66] He married Elizabeth Underwood on 29 Jan 1752 [1772?!]. [Ref, p. 36] Moses went to Dublin, Chester, New Hampshire and is on the list of those who worked on the roads in 1764-5. [Ref, p. 182] He traded land in Dublin as late as 1782. [Ref, p. 182] Moses was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. [Ref, p. 67] He was a private in Col. Stark's regiment at Medford on 4 Oct 1775 and also appears on the rosters of Capt. John Mellen's company and Capt. Samuel Twitchell's company in the Rhode Island Expedition in Aug 1778.   5. Zedekiah Johnson was born on 5 Dec 1740 [Ref, p. 36] in Holliston. [Ref] He died on 5 July 1745 [Ref, p. 36] in Holliston. [Ref]
  6. Lydia Johnson was born on 15 Sep 1742 in Holliston. She died on 31 May 1817 in Hopkinton. She married Reuben Johnson.
