”Isaac Jackson was living in Randolph Co., IN with a wife and five children (4 sons and 1 dau.) when the 1820 census was taken. He could have left North Carolina at the same time his two older brothers Jehu and James made the move. Both of them went first to Ohio, then to IN, settling in Randolph Co., IN”
