- Following records discovered by George Arthur Trail IV
- Ninian Beall was was born, according to land depositions he made, about the year 1695. He was known as Ninian Beall Junior for most of his life because he was younger than another Ninian Beall, son of Alexander Beall, who also resided in Prince George's County. Ninian Beall was the documented son (proven by land records) of Thomas Beall of "Loving Acquaintance'" and a woman named Elizabeth. Ninian Beall, son of Thomas, settled on part of " Nicholl's Hunting Quarter" in 1716 just above the forks of the Eastern Branch. He purchased the land from William Nicholls. Later in life Ninian Beall combined all his land holdings and named them "Father's Reserve". He married a woman named Catherine whose maiden name is unproven.

'93 Beall Gen. News, pp. 87-88.) …”
