Norma Elise Ecker Larrabee, age 74, loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, returned to her Heavenly Father March 4, 1996, in Salt Lake City, surrounded by her husband and children, after a long illness.
Born October 14, 1921 in San Francisco, California to Peter S. and Gudrun Ecker. Married Warren H. Larrabee on April 20, 1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church, where she served in Sunday School, Primary and Relief Society. She enjoyed music, family, friends and good times at Fish Lake. Survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, four sons and their spouses: Ron (Janice), Ross (Carma), Mark (Karrie), and Mike (Kathy), all of Salt Lake;18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brothers Ray (Dorothy) Ecker and Harold (Beverly) Ecker. Proceeded in death by her parents and a grandson, Brent Larrabee.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, 1996, at 11 a.m. at the Salt Lake Cottonwood Heights Stake Center, 6890 South 2225 East (Whitmore Way). Friends may call Friday evening at the stake center from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment: Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East 7800 South (Bengal Blvd.). Funeral Directors: Memorial Estates Mortuary.
