Biography

Obadiah was born in 1701 in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA, USA. He was the son of Samuel Sampson Jr and Mercy (Eddy) Sampson.[1][2]

When Obadiah was about 30 he married Mary Soule on 14 December 1731 in Middleboro, Plymouth, MA. The couple had one child: Ezekiel Samson.[3][4][5]

In 1744, Obadiah signed a receipt that he received his share of his father's estate from his brother Gershom.[6]

In February 1766 Obadiah (age about 65) was living in Middleborough, Massachusetts.[7]

Obadiah died at the age of about 65 on 3 March 1766 in Middleboro, Plymouth, MA, USA.[8][9][10][7][11]
