At interment in Grenville cem, pall bearers were Lt Ray Wika, Sgt Ted Jaskulka, Johnny Burchatz, Philip Kurkowski, Bill Jaskulka & Sammy Snaza. Relatives & friends from distance attending funeral were John Snaza, Mpls; Mr & Mrs Fred Pingel & family, Mpls; Mrs Leo Boik, Dodge Ctr; Lillian Jaskulka & Mrs A Solin, Portland, OR. Born Nov 26 1870 in Poland, to Anton & Frances Wasilk, deceased came to Chicago when 2 yrs old & 12 yrs of age came to SD. She m Nov 3 1889 at Grenville John Snaza who preceded her in death. She was mbr of Catholic Church & Holy Rosary Soc. Left to mourn her passing are 7 dtrs & 5 sons: Mrs Martha Kurkowski, Mrs Rose Jaskulka, Mrs Helen Mondry, Frances, all of Grenville; Mrs Celia Boik & John Snaza, both of Dodge Ctr; Joe Snaza, Roslyn; Ted Snaza, Grenville; Sgt Emil Snaza, Ger; Cpl Henry Snaza, dischg'd from army, now in Dodge Ctr; Mrs Dora Burchatz, Florence; & Mrs Albina Pingel, Mpls. Preceding her in death were 2 dtrs, Emily & Solomea. Other survivors include 29 grdchildren; sis, Mrs John Boik, Mpls, half-sis Mrs Frank Koslowski, Grenville; & bro John Wasilk, St Paul. Death came to her at 9:40 Sun, Jun 24 at age 75 yrs, 6 mo, 28 da at her home in Grenville, following lingering illness.
