Before 1873. He was born Nov. 1848 and Tennessee.

notes for P. Amanda A. Campbell: Sept., 2000: This name of the spouse of P.A.A. Campbell was obtained from an undated newspaper obituary clipping on the death of "Charlie" Campbell, P.A.A.'s brother, Charles M. Campbell. Judy Newton of Palestine, Anderson Co., TX, a descendant of "Charlie" Campbell, sent me this information. Judy and I are still researching this family and trying to determine P.A.A.'s given name, her family and other pertinent dates. per Joyce P. Frost

Summer, 2001 Sharla Linex- Johnson sent an e-mail that she had found a James and Amanda Farish in the 1900 Anderson County, Texas census, living next door toCharley Campbell and his family. She thinks that this is probably P. A. A. I tend agree with her. J. F.

October 3rd 2001 today I went to the Clayton genealogical library, Houston Texas and did research on our P.A.A. James Faris/Farish. In the 1880 Anderson counties Texas census.
