Patrick T. McHenry, a Representative from North Carolina; born in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, N.C., October 22, 1975; graduated Ashbrook High School, Gastonia, N.C., 1994; attended North Carolina State University, Raleigh, N.C.; B.A., Belmont Abbey College, Belmont, N.C., 1999; realtor; appointed special assistant to the United States Secretary of Labor by President George W.
