Mrs. Paulette Andrews Taylor, 77, died Monday at Duke University Medical Center, Mrs. Taylor was born in Durham, the daughter of the late John M. and Salina Roycroft Andrews. She was of the Methodist faith and a homemaker.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, A.R. "Buck" Taylor; one daughter, Jean Taylor Berry and husband, Jean, of Durham; one son John B. "Johnny" Taylor of Durham; three sisters, Betty Tilley, Kathleen Clements and Mandy Jeffries, all of Durham; two brothers John Benton Andrews and Raymond W. Andrews, both of Durham; and three grandchildren, Jetta Paulette Berry, Jonas Pascal Berry and Fawn Baker. She was predeceased by two sisters, Hazel Mangum and Ruby Terry, both of Bahama.
