Peet van Wyk (1947 - 2020)
Brief overview:
Peet (73), and his wife, Rita (71), were attacked on their smallholding between Leeufontein and Kameeldrift, Gauteng. The perpetrators shone their mobile phone lights on them, and sprayed them with pepper spray. Peet was stabbed and bludgeoned to death. Rita was stabbed several times in her arm. The assailants stole various household items.
The police were at the smallholding on 25th February to access the scene. No-one has been arrested.
