NOTES:

• In a Deed of 1426, possession of a house ' opposite the west door of the Town Church' was given to Olivier Loe as two years rent amounting to 112 Sols, 6 Deniers trs was owed by Richard Garnache which remained unpaid. Perrin took up residence in this house in 1429 and offered to pay to the first son of Olivier, Jacques la Loe an amount of 56 Sols, 6 Deniers for the annual rent. However, in consideration of repairs carried out by Perrin, Jacques la Loe released him from this payment.
• This house became the family House of the Carey family at the corner of Fountain Street. it was pulled down in 1875 for the building of a new market.
• His approximate date of death can be found in a Deed dated 18 March 1454, before Guillaume Cartier, Bailiff in which his elder brother, Jean is mentioned as having become 'the Tutor / Mentor of the children of the late Perrin Careye.'
• By his marriage to Jenette Thiault, heiress of John Thiault, of the Ville-Au-Roi estate bought the house - Ville-Au-Roy into the Carey family.

• Mentioned in a Deed dated 6 July 1462, No. 61 in the Greffe Catalogue.
