Pesja Ligator was born in Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland in 1930 to Yoel Asher and Rakhel. She was a pupil and a child. Prior to WWII she lived in Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland. During the war she was in Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland.
