The will of Peter Weaver was written 17 March 1816 and proved 12 June 1817. He names daughters Barbary Crigler, Rosannagh Deer, Amey Clore, Elizabeth Blankenbaker, Anna Rouse and Dinah Gaar. He names sons Elias Weaver, Moses Weaver and Peter Weaver. He also mentions son Elias deceased children but does not name them. Son Moses Weaver, son-in-law John Blankenbeker and Ephraim Clore were named executors. Witnesses were Simeon Utz, Absolem Utz and Abner Deer (Madison County, Virginia Will Book 3: 305-306.).

12 June 1817 Moses Weaver and John Blankenbeker gave bond as executors of Peter Weaver deceased (Madison County, Virginia Will Book 3: 306-307.).
