Phebe Terry was born on 15 September 1729 at Freetown. She was the daughter of Benjamin Terry and Margaret Holloway.

Phebe Terry married Joseph Daggett, son of Jacob Daggett and Hannah Skiff, on 6 August 1752 at Freetown. Her married name was Daggett.

Phebe Terry died in 1806 at prob., Freetown.
