Pheby Isabelle Martin

Wife of Jesse Leander Martin (1827-1916).

Born 1824 in GA Died 1905 Fulton Co., AR. She was reported to be a full-blooded Native American. [The author of an article about Leander's family that is posted on his Find A Grave memorial page, refers to her as Sarah Isabelle Hawkins; however Sarah is not on her grave stone or on her burial records.]

• Telitha E Martin Hall (1866-1915).
• Marion M. Martin (1867-1922).

Burial in Camp Cemetery, Camp, Fulton Co., AR.

Note: There are 2 separate Memorials for Isabelle Hawkins Martin on Find A Grave that are the same woman. One has a picture of the stone & 2 of the children and the 2nd one has only 1 child & uses her 1st name Pheby (Phoebe). I included both below:
