Philip Snapp married Catherine Hockman and they had 7 children. He then married Sarah Rader Hupp, January 10, 1810. Philip Snapp purchased a farm on a tributary of tumbling run, southeast of Strasburg, near present-day Fishers Hill. The stream that runs through his property is now called "Snapp’s run." Philip and Catherine are probably buried in the old cemetery on this farm, (now called the "Round Hill-Copp Cemetery,' but no marked stones remain.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Dec 8 2020, 10:44:55 UTC
