American Revolutionary War Patriot served at Monmouth and Valley Forge, along with his brothers Diarca and Asher. Brother Cady also served briefly in the Continental Army immediately after hostilities broke out.

He was born in Mansfield, Conn.; died in Poland, New York. Son of Phineas Allen Sr 1731 - 1776 and Alice Cady 1734 - 1764.
