SCHURMAN, Phyllis Levena Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at her Cambridge residence in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband James Reney. Survived by her daughter Sharon Ann Currey and her husband Rob. Remembered by her grand- children Tiffany Ann Currey, Sherry (Rob) Bass, and Angela Knuckey and her 7 great-grandchildren. Phyllis was predeceased by her daughters Eleanor Margaret Knuckey and Pat Doupe, one brother Sidney Woods, and sisters Lucy Cheyne and Evelyn L'Esperance. The family will receive friends for visitation at the King Street Baptist Church, 361 King Street, Cambridge, on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will take place at Memory Gardens. In memory of Phyllis, donations may be made to Life International or Gideons International. Arrangements entrusted to the Barthel Funeral Home (519-653-3251).
