He married Anne-Marie Aucoin on 25 November 1706, in Port-Royal, Acadie. They are the parents of at least the following:

3) Marie-Rose (1710-) md Jean Blanchard

8) Ursule (1723-) md Jean Savoie

He is also known as Pierre Thibodeau Lejeune (meaning the younger), as he has an older brother named Pierre.

Pierre was born, raised, and married in the Port Royal area. In 1698, his father and four of this Pierre's brothers left Port Royal to start a new settlement, along with a friend named Pierre Gaudet. They traveled by boat and eventually decided to settle along the Chipody River. They cleared the land for the settlement and farming, started a gristmill and sawmill, hunted furs, etc. They became friends with the local Indians and had a very good relationship with them.

In the spring of 1700, Pierre (senior) returned to Chipdy with his wife and nephew. He spent the winters in Port Royal and the spring through fall in Chipody. Chipody is now known as Shepody.

At some point, this Pierre and his wife, Anne-Marie Aucoin, joined his brothers in Chipody where according to acadiansingray.com, he died prior to 14 October 1734.

Please note that they would most likely have taken his body back across the river for burial in Port Royal, as that was the only cemetery at that time.
