Pieter Mienie (1990 - 2019)

Pieter (60), was stabbed with a sharp object on Wednesday morning 30th January 2019, in Kleinmond, WC. Two suspects have been arrested. Capt. Police spokesman FC van Wyk said the suspects, aged 28 and 29, will appear in Caledon Magistrate's Court today on charges of murder and house robbery. Mienie and his wife, Anita, were on holiday in Kleinmond. The couple is from Pretoria. Mienie was rushed to a hospital but died of his injuries there. Besides his wife, he also leaves behind two daughters and a son-in-law.
