Extracts from "Descendants of Richard Church of Plymouth, Massachusetts" by John Adams Church, 1913:

CHURCH: Priscilla, b. 1645. Little Compton records, as published, have Priscilla Church m. John Irish May 1708, an entry which has caused great confusion. M. L. T. Alden says in the Boston Transcript that this is an error introduced by Otis Wilbour, who copied the originals, and that this copy was used for Arnold's Vital Statistics of R.I. According to Mr. Alden Priscilla m. 1st, Samuel Talbee, Talbec, later Talbot, and had a daughter Hannah, who d. 1717 and is buried in Little Compton cemetery. The Life of Col. Benjamin Church says: "The morning before his death he went about two miles on horseback to visit his only sister, Mrs. Irish, to sympathize with her on the death of her only child." The child was this Hannah Talbot. Priscilla m. 2d John Irish, sometimes entered as Jr. and probably properly so. This explanation makes more probable Priscilla's marriage at the age of 63. An odd result of the confusion has been the assumption that Priscilla was divorced but there is no record of this.

However, "Alden Genealogy" page 181 of The New England Historical and Genealogical Register, Volume 54 (1900) suggests that the "sister" was Benjamin Church's wife's sister, Priscilla (Southworth) Talbot Irish.

John Irish House in the Historic New England Collection has John Irish's second wife as Priscilla Church.

Priscilla (1645-) [NO - if you go to the citation that is included in his profile comments, it says that that info from Little River is a mistake and that John Irish's wife was Priscilla (Southworth) Talbot instead of Priscilla Church. (note that the 1913 book listing says Deborah also might have married John Irish).. but neither did.]
