Questlove

Ahmir Khalib Thompson (born January 20, 1971), known professionally as ?uestlove or Questlove (also known as BROther ?uestion, Questo, Brother Question or Qlove), is an American drummer, DJ, music journalist and record producer. He is best known as the drummer and joint frontman of the band The Roots, the in-house band for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

Thompson was born in Philadelphia to Jacqui Andrews and Lee Andrews of Lee Andrews & the Hearts, a 50s doo-wop group. His parents were also members of soul group Congress Alley, and traveled on tour with Thompson.
