טברסקי, יוחנן, בן האדמו"ר משה מרדכי מלובלין.

שימש כרב בהרוביישוב, בגליציה המזרחית. היה גם משורר, ופירסם את שיריו בפסיודונים. כשנכנסו הגרמנים לעירו הם ציוו על היהודים לשלם להם סכום כסף גבוה מאוד ככופר נפש. כשלא עלה בידם לאסוף את הכסף הטילו הגרמנים את האחריות לכך על הרב טברסקי. הוא נמלט לאחד הכפרים הסמוכים, ושם רצחו אותו הגרמנים בכסלו ת"ש, דצמבר 1939.
