Rabbi Yitzchak HaCohen Schwadron (1866-1919) was a rabbi in Galicia and Jerusalem, commentator of the Tosefta and the editor of the writings of his father, the Maharasham of Brzezan.

חיבר את הפירושים על התוספתא "מנחת יצחק" ו"שירי מנחה", על סדר זרעים, מועד, נשים ונזיקין.
על רעייתו השנייה מסופר[2] שביקשה ללמוד אתו גמרא. הוא השיב שאסור לו ללמד אותה גמרא, אבל מעתה ואילך ילמד בקול והיא תוכל להקשיב ולהבין. ואכן במשך הזמן רכשה ידיעות רבות בש"ס ופוסקים, ואף חידשה וכתבה חידושי תורה. לאחר פטירתה הדפיס בנה, הרב שלום שבדרון, חלק מחידושיה על מסכת ביצה, בראש הספר "דעת תורה" על יורה דעה.
מנישואיו השניים נולדו לו תשעה ילדים, ובהם: "המגיד הירושלמי" הרב שלום שבדרון והרב חיים שבדרון, שהיה מלמד בתלמוד תורה עץ חיים.
