Rachel (Stallard) Luttrell was a Virginia colonist.
Rachel was born about 1759 in Essex County, Virginia Colony. She was the daughter of Walter Stallard and Hannah Pitts. She passed away after 1821 in Culpeper County, Virginia.
Rachel is named in the will of her father, Walter Stallard, dated July 13, 1803 (Probated April 20, 1807) in Culpeper County, Virginia.

Marriage
Rachel married Richard Luttrell, Jr. about 1784 probably in Culpeper County, Virginia. Rachel was born in Essex County, Virginia Colony but moved with her parents to Culpeper County. That is where she and Richard probably met and married. Richard and Rachel had six children born between 1785 and 1800; all named in his will.
Rachel is named in the will of her husband dated 24 April 1819, submitted for probate in Culpeper County on 21 May 1821.[2]
In his will Richard names:
Wife Rachel and friends Henry Basge and Thomas G. Kemper are named executors.
