In the name of God Amen, I Walter Stallard of Culpeper County being sick and weak but of perfect sense and memory do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following:
Imprimus I give my soul to God and body to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Exccutor hereafter name:

Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife *Hannah Stallard all my Estate of what kind so ever during her Natural life

Item I give and bequeath unto Daughter *Eliza Cavinder the sum of one Hundred [Thousand?] Dollars to be raised out of my Estate after the Decease of my wife Hannah

Item I give and bequeath to my son *David Stallard one-half of all my stock of Hogs after the Decease of my wife Hannah

Item I give unto my son *Samuel Stallard the sum of five Shillings to him and his heirs forever

Item I give unto my Son *Walter Stallard the sum of Five shillings to him and his heirs forever

Item I give unto my Daughters *Peggy Clore and *Rachel Luttrel the sum of five Shillings each to them and their heirs forever

Item I give and bequeath unto my son *Randolph Stallard, my Daughters *Mary Ann Scott and *Fanny Shumate all the rest and residue of my Estate not herefore given. After the Decease of my wife to be Sold to the highest bidder and the money arising from such Sale to be equally divided between them the said *Randolph, *Mary Ann, and *Fanny and their heirs forever.

Lastly I nominate and Appoint my son *Randolph Stallard,* Executor of this my Last Will and Testament utterly renouncing all and every Will by me heretofore made. In witness, where of I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal, this thirteenth day of July in the year of Our Lord Christ one thousand eight hundred and three (1803).
