11 November 1706: Bond by Dame Marion Mackleod, widow of Donald Mackdonald of Moydart and by Ranald Mackdonald of Miltoune, her present husband, to Alexander Mackleod, her son begotten between her and Normand Macleod, son of the late Sir Normand Macleod of Berneray, for 500 merks. At Baliwiline. On the back: Discharge by the said Alexander McLeod to Ranald McDonald of Miltoune and the executors of the late Lady of Moydart. Dated at Ormiclade 7 June 1710. Witnesses:- John McDonald of Glenabdel, and Dougall McDonald, bailie of South Uist.
