Survived by his wife, Nell West of Scotts Valley; three sons, Joe West of Portland, Ore., Jerry West of El Monte, Calif., and Jan West of Cupertino; a daughter, Jackie Justiss of Fort Worth, Tex., a brother, Clarence West of Hubbard, Ore., and 3 sisters: Mary Hostetler of Hubbard, Ore., Edna Hostetler of Aurora, Ore., and Gladys Nice of Woodland, Wash.
Also survived by twelve grandchildren.
Native of Illinois, aged 69 years. Member of Soquel Masonic Lodge No. 746 F&AM, Scottish Rite Bodies of San Jose, and Islam Temple of the Shrine of San Francisco, Santa Cruz Greeters Club and Santa Cruz Order of the Eastern Star No 273.
Services will be conducted at White's Chapel, 138 Walnut Ave., Tuesday, December 12th at 2 p.m. with Soquel Lodge No 746 F&AM officiating. Friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Interment in Oakwood Memorial Park.
Contributions to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, 19th and Moraga, San Francisco, Calif., preferred.
