Francis Billington is said to have had nine children though only eight can be clearly documented in the records. This comes from the fact that William Bradford writing in early 1651 wrote that Francis was living and that he had eight children. Mercy could not have been one of the eight children because she was not born until 25 February 1652 [1][2] It follows then that Rebeeca who was born in 1648 was still alive in 1651 and one of the eight children. No other records have been found for Rebecca.
