Rebecca Hopkins was born circa 1698. She was the daughter of Stephen Hopkins and Sarah Howes.

Rebecca Hopkins married Jonathan Higgins, son of Jonathan Higgins and Lydia Sparrow, on 5 April 1722 at Harwich. Her married name was Higgins.

Rebecca Hopkins died on 19 March 1780.

Is a descendant of Pilgrim Stephen HOPKINS.
