are there any credentials or any info stating this is indeed Richard III's son? (as far as its known he had one that died, and 2 recognized illegitimate children..)

Y-DNA testing his remains, assuming they can be found in good enough condition, would only prove or disprove a connection to the House of York, as Edward IV and Richard III were full brothers. (mtDNA testing would not be helpful unless a direct female-to-female line can be established to Elizabeth Woodville, Edward IV's Queen and the mother of the "Princes in the Tower" as well as a bunch of daughters, two of whom, Elizabeth and Cecily, are known to have had female offspring.)
