From the foregoing records the following pedigree of Cooke alias Carewe has been compiled.

2. Robert Cooke alias Carewe (? Humphrey), of Palgrave, co. Suffolk, was born about 1510.

The name of his wife is unknown-.

On 17 Mar. 1547/8 he bound his son John to Margaret Moyes, widow, of Ipswich, co. Suffolk, to learn the trade of a shoemaker.
