Accounts dated 1392 record payments to “domino David comiti de Carryc”, remainder successively to “Roberto Senescalli fratre ipsius” and “sororibus vel sorore ipsorum inter regem et reginam Anabillam”[1491].
King Robert III granted revenue to “his brother the earl of Fife...bears to be for retinue to David Earl of Carrick, whom failing Roberto Senescalli, militi, filio nostro” by charter dated 8 Feb 1392 (O.S.)[1492].
