convict "Morley 2" July 1818, arrived 7th November, 1818 Edinburgh Court of Judiciary, 14 years,
Robert was convicted of theft, by breaking into the mill of Binny ( 19 Feb 1817), in the parish and county of Linlithgow. He was convicted on 9 Jan 1818 and was sentenced to be transported for 14 years. He arrived in Sydney on the "Morley 2" in 1818. Jan 1822, Miller at Waterloo Mills. Referred to in papers re charges brought against Major Druitt 1835, Free. Miller from Stirlingshire. Admitted to Newcastle gaol from Maitland 30 May. Committed for trial at the Supreme Court. Sent to Sydney gaol 3 June
