I do not believe (wife) Elizabeth's last name has been definitively determined. I've not found any source documentation other than:

[The following is a transcribed excerpt from The American Genealogist, Vol. 52, 1976, Article: English Ancestry of Seven Mayflower Passengers: Tilley, Sampson and Cooper, by Robert Leigh Ward, page 203.]

RobertA Tilley (WilliamB , ThomasC, HenryD) of Henlow, yeoman, b. say 1540, bur. Henlow, 21 Feb. 1612/3; will dated 31 Dec. 1612, proved 6 April 1612 [sic: should be 1613]. He m. ca. 1570, Elizabeth --------, bur. Henlow, 27 March 1614. She had a daughter, Mary Farr, mentioned in Agnes Tylle's will, 1582, and William Tylle's will, 1578/9, whose baptism does not appear in the Henlow registers, and who is not mentioned in Robert Tilley's will, 1612. Robert was executor of the will of William Ellborne of Henlow, shearman, dated 16 Jan. 1587/8, proved 1 Oct. 1588 (Archdeaconry of Bedford 22:55).
