Rogeri Conye de Frampton. "In the name of God amen the fowreth day of March 1572. And in the XVth yere of the Raigne of soveraigne Lady quene Elizabeth. I Roger Conye of Frampton in the countie of Lincoln yoman sick in bodie, yet not withstanding of perfit mynd & memorie thankes be to God, do make this my last will and testament in mane and forme following

First I bequeath my soule to God almightie and my bodie to be buried where ye shall please God to appointe and for my mortuarie as the lawes of this realme requier. Itm/I geve towardes the repaire of the church of Frampton aforesaid xiid. Itm' to the poore people their iijs. Itm' I do surrender all my copyhold land wth I hold of Moulton hall unto Xpofer bronde and henrye Benson towe of the cutomarie tennetes of the same maner to the use of margaret my wiff her heires and assignes for ever according to y custome of the same maner. Itm' I do lykewyse surrender all my copied hold landes wth I hould of Stone hall unto John Wormesley and Will'm headley ij of ye customarie tennetes of the same maner of stone hall.
